Process Technician III - (T3)

Prepare wafers for experimentation, operate reactors for thin-film processes, and use scanning electron microscopes (SEM) to analyze and image cross-sections and top views. Record process conditions and observations, perform routine maintenance (e.g., flash and plasma clean), and evaluate wafers and thin films. Support multiple technology products by performing SEM alignment/software functions, troubleshooting within established procedures, and coordinating equipment and supply ordering with vendors.
