Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver planned preventative maintenance for electrical equipment in line with the site maintenance strategy.
  • •Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore equipment to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
  • •Provide front-line electrical support across blending, packaging, and dispatch operations.
  • •Support and contribute to root cause analysis and help prevent repeat issues by sharing knowledge.
  • •Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a current Electrical Licence (essential).
  • •Recent, hands-on experience in an industrial or FMCG maintenance environment.
  • •Experience with hazardous area electrical installations (highly desirable).
  • •Strong fault-finding, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •5+ years working with PLC and SCADA-controlled equipment, including variable speed drives, pneumatics and hydraulics.
