You will conduct inspections, verify conformance to HACCP/GMP standards, monitor cold chain and shelf life, document findings, and support corrective actions to uphold product quality in a fast-paced delivery/retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine quality inspections for fruits, vegetables, and meat products at stores, distribution centers, and supplier locations.
•Verify product compliance with company specifications, food safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
•Evaluate freshness, appearance, color, texture, ripeness, packaging condition, temperature, and shelf life.
•Perform sampling and inspection activities using standard quality procedures and checklists.
•Monitor product handling, storage conditions, hygiene practices, and cold chain compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or related field.
•Experience in quality assurance, fresh produce, meat inspection, or food retail operations is preferred.
•Knowledge of fresh produce quality parameters, meat handling, and food safety practices.
•Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
