Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple technology sourcing initiatives and negotiations, analyzing spend, supplier performance, licensing utilization, and contractual obligations to identify value opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute procurement strategy across technology categories (software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, AI platforms, professional services, managed services, and hardware).
  • •Manage contract lifecycle activities including RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, and negotiation planning from sourcing through implementation and renewal.
  • •Negotiate complex agreements covering pricing, licensing structures, SLAs, support models, renewal rights, audit protections, usage commitments, termination provisions, and related privacy/cybersecurity/IP terms.
  • •Establish supplier relationship management and governance (segmentation, performance frameworks, quarterly business reviews, scorecards) and act as an escalation point for disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology contract management.
  • •Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology services agreements.
  • •Experience managing strategic supplier relationships and supplier performance programs.
  • •Strong understanding of software licensing, subscription agreements, cloud consumption models, and technology commercial structures.
