Drive strategic engagement for Aon Inpoint’s insurer clients by creating and maintaining expertise in company and insurer strategy, products, leadership, and operations. •Create and maintain proficiency in the company’s and insurers’ strategy, products, leadership, and operations to improve client outcomes.
•Support account management tasks by gathering information from carriers and colleagues, participating in projects, and coordinating meeting logistics.
•Report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to maintain alignment internally and externally.
•Work as part of a team delivering discrete projects for insurers and reinsurers on strategic questions.
•Undertake market research and financial/data analysis to inform recommendations, and support preparation and facilitation of client and internal interviews and reports.

Key Requirements

•Ideally 1 to 3 years of account management experience, with preference for the Insurance/Financial Services sector.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
•Comfort analyzing large/sophisticated data sets and turning insights into practical recommendations.
•Willing to travel less than 10% of the time.
•Bachelor’s degree and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
