Business Systems Analyst II

Design and configure business software programs by partnering with management to understand process needs, then translating them into configured and developed system solutions. Lead business and system process analysis (As Is/To Be), unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing. Prepare and deliver end-user training for internal teams in a manufacturing environment, documenting current and future processes using tools like Visio and Office.
