Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders across the Compliance function across products and domains in the Latin America region (including Financial Crime, Ops, Risk, Finance, and IT).
  • •Contribute to the engagement model between analytics and Compliance to deliver regulatory reporting and move toward automated pipelines for recurring reports.
  • •Identify and implement the most impactful analytics opportunities in testing projects, and upskill Compliance partners to do the same.
  • •Champion innovation and data-driven insights across Compliance where analytics can add value.
  • •Lead automation and tooling projects to increase efficiency across Compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • •Extensive experience using SQL, building and maintaining complex data sources, and using visualization tools like Looker and Superset to surface insights.
  • •Built reporting outputs using advanced SQL scripts based on stakeholder requirements.
  • •Experience with data engineering tools (GitHub, dbt, Airflow, etc.) to transform messy data into clean pipelines, including comprehensive data documentation.
  • •Strong commitment to data integrity, quality, and governance, with meticulous accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
