•Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote livestream scale and own the team’s live GMV.
•Analyze and apply market trends to source, acquire, and onboard live shopping content creators to build stable supply.
•Develop operational strategies and global marketing/selling plans to achieve performance goals through merchants and creator/merchant incubation.
•Create best practices for global selling content, using data analysis to guide product decisions and optimize traffic and LIVE efficiency.
•Improve user and community engagement through diverse offerings, strict quality control, efficient fulfillment, high-quality after-sales service, and mentor junior team members.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,520 - 209,380 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a relevant field with 2 years of related experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
•2 years of experience managing partnerships with stakeholders within the social media industry.
•2 years of experience providing strategic guidance for managing social media talent and scaling their development.
•2 years of experience assisting live streaming events and serving as an operations point of contact, including monitoring live events.
•2 years of experience in e-commerce and creator monetization optimization, including supporting creator agencies with pain points/localization and improving click-to-purchase conversion.
