Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end capacity analysis and planning for Baggage & Cargo facilities, material handling systems, and automation across DXB and DWC.
  • •Translate forecast traffic scenarios and target service levels into future facility and infrastructure requirements for master planning and development programs.
  • •Identify current and future capacity constraints and ensure they are addressed through structured action plans, mitigation strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Drive capacity-related inputs into the IATA seasonal capacity declaration process to protect demand, service standards, and declared capacity.
  • •Analyze impacts of infrastructure, technology, operational, or regulatory changes on capacity and develop evidence-based recommendations and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Operational Research or related.
  • •7–10 years of overall professional experience with strong capacity planning, operational analysis, or infrastructure planning experience.
  • •Proven experience in aviation, airport, hospitality, or a closely related industry with strong understanding of airport operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of ICAO, IATA, and GCAA regulations and how they apply to terminal and logistics developments.
  • •Hands-on technical/engineering delivery experience and ability to lead teams.
