Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians and other service personnel to ensure quality performance.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; diagnose issues using real-time data; and order parts.
  • •Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications to maintain customer satisfaction and keep customers up to date.
  • •Train and develop employees and maintain a safe work environment; perform other assigned duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience in the rental industry or a related construction field.
  • •Experience leading maintenance teams and knowledge of equipment maintenance and service intervals.
  • •Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with competitive customer service and communication abilities.
  • •Adaptability in a fast-paced, growing company, including the ability to educate yourself on new products and services.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to meet safety/physical requirements.
