Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and maintain imaging migration readiness and cutover processes.
  • •Partner with imaging, clinical, technical, and site teams to assess workflows and drive improvements.
  • •Guide sites through preparation steps, clarifying responsibilities and ensuring migration prerequisites are completed.
  • •Validate readiness of imaging data, workflows, PACS/VNA configurations, and modality routines; identify risks early and drive resolution.
  • •Identify and recommend automation, tooling, or AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and clinician experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Oracle Health EHR systems, including large-scale implementations or deployments.
  • •Proven experience supporting imaging or clinical operations, EHR implementations, or healthcare modernization initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience with DICOM, imaging workflows, PACS/VNA, EHR image integration, viewer workflows, and image cutover.
  • •Strong communication skills working across technical, clinical, and operational teams while managing multiple tasks independently.
  • •Must be a United States Citizen; comply with applicable client requirements (e.g., immunization/occupational health mandates).
