•Lead the development and implementation of robust project controls frameworks, tools and standards across the integrated team.
•Develop and maintain integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery milestones.
•Establish and manage cost control systems, including budgets, forecasts, and earned value analysis; monitor financial performance and report variances.
•Deliver timely program performance reports, dashboards and KPIs for client and governance forums; drive data integrity and transparency across the team.
•Support risk identification, quantification and change management processes, integrating risk data into cost and schedule forecasts.

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
•10–15+ years in project controls on major projects/programs.
•AACE/PMI certifications (e.g., CCP, EVP, PMP) desirable.
•Advanced scheduling (Primavera P6/MS Project), cost control and forecasting.
•Risk management and quantitative analysis; strong analytical and communication skills.
