Key Responsibilities

  • •Own merchant journeys in the Merchant Dashboard end to end across web and mobile, from early concept through execution.
  • •Upgrade core dashboard pages (transactions, settlements, invoices) and design new self-service tools for merchants.
  • •Design clear, data-dense interfaces that make complex financial and operational information easy to understand and act on.
  • •Run merchant experiments and iterate on new features with the Product Manager, measuring what works.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX researcher, and UX writer to identify and solve key merchant problems; use data and research insights to validate hypotheses.

  • •Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools.
  • •Strong craft skills and portfolio; excellent Figma skills.
  • •Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android).
  • •Strong product thinking, ability to handle complex flows and edge cases, and turn uncertainty into clarity.
  • •Fluency in English; strong product communication and collaboration skills with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
