Operations and Maintenance Manager - Renewables

Lead Fuse Energy’s Service department and oversee operations and maintenance for newly constructed power plants to ensure peak performance and full contractual compliance. Support EPC projects entering end-of-construction, manage fleet activities and contractor O&M providers, and drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and maintenance solutions. Work closely with stakeholders (owners, off-takers, financiers) to resolve performance issues, ensure warranty/service agreement compliance, and manage budgets and invoicing.
