Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing clients’ financial needs, gathering and documenting data, and providing tailored investment and insurance recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and using a disciplined prospecting approach.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, and (preferred) a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients and ask fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
