Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior Director of Government Relations in China on central government engagement and thought leadership strategies.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with government officials, trade associations, foreign embassies, and industry stakeholders to promote Honeywell Automation.
  • •Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company.
  • •Assist in crisis response and help mitigate regulatory and operational risks from policy and regulatory changes.
  • •Organize and coordinate major government-organized events and expos (e.g., China International Import Expo and Davos), including supporting senior leadership participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in International Relations, Economics, Law, or related areas.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in government relations or public affairs.
  • •Strong understanding of government practices, public policy issues, and regulatory frameworks.
  • •Solid experience engaging with key central ministries including MOFCOM, NDRC, MIIT, MOF, and other agencies.
  • •Demonstrated capability in policy research and analysis, with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
