Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Laminator Operator with setup and production activities in the lamination department.
  • •Transport laminated, raw, and printed materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift.
  • •Break down raw material/film from skids, load on the machine, and adjust shaft/core size; use mechanical lift for roll loading/unloading.
  • •Install adhesive and antifog at desired stations and install specific sleeve per work order; use job-specific tools and manipulate machine controls and dial indicators.
  • •Record raw material waste for recycling, label finished materials and return to stock accurately, maintain cleanliness, and enter measurements/quality specs in production workbooks.
