Job Summary

Lead technical and industrial hardware work packages for RADARs and other defense products, ensuring customer requirements are met for schedule, cost, and quality. Own trade analysis to validate design and industrial approaches and drive maturity of the product. Plan and pilot development activities, track and control milestones, manage drift with corrective actions, and coordinate progress reviews, reporting, risks, and opportunities across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical and industrial hardware work packages for RADARs and other defense products to meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
•Perform trade analysis of design and industrial approaches to ensure product maturity.
•Plan and pilot development activities and ensure successful realization.
•Control project milestones, anticipate drifting, and propose corrective/rallying actions when needed.
•Manage progress reviews, reporting to the project management team, and track risks and opportunities in coordination with other work package managers.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech in General engineering (or equivalent) with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading hardware development work packages across requirements, preliminary/detailed design, prototype manufacturing and test, and related phases.
•Experience with RADARs, avionics, and defense systems design.
•Demonstrated leadership skills on complex topics and ability to work autonomously in a multidisciplinary team.
•Understanding and use of design to cost tools, plus the ability to perform trade analysis of design and industrial approaches.
