Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Stewards and data professionals.
  • •Own day-to-day stewardship across assigned master data domains to ensure data is accurate, trusted, available, and fit for purpose.
  • •Partner with Data Product Owners, Data Governance, business stakeholders, data architects, and technology teams to define priorities, requirements, quality rules, SLAs, and remediation workflows.
  • •Define, standardize, measure, and monitor data quality metrics; create reporting and dashboards for quality visibility and issue resolution.
  • •Perform and oversee data profiling, cleansing, mapping, trend analysis, root cause analysis, issue triage, and remediation; escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • •Drive master data management implementation and improvement through workflow design, rule definition, data model input, integration support, and system issue resolution.
  • •Use SQL and Excel to build queries, analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data management, data stewardship, master data management, data governance, business analysis, data quality, or related disciplines.
  • •2+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, goal setting, and performance management.
  • •Strong understanding of master data management, data stewardship, data quality management, data governance, metadata, and data lifecycle practices.
  • •Experience with data management systems, MDM platforms, data quality tools, workflow tools, metadata repositories, or enterprise data platforms.
  • •Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with Python, Alteryx, VBA, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
