Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain customer relationships with school stakeholders to enable effective usage of the Alef Platform.
  • •Train school leaders and support effective usage of the platform and related features such as the Academy.
  • •Facilitate and support collection and analysis of student and teacher data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
  • •Lead training and support systems that enable teachers’ product utilization and long-term adoption.
  • •Deliver coaching and support strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to develop processes, tools, and documentation for customer success.

Key Requirements

  • •Educational degree related to education in a core subject area (preference for Math and Science).
  • •Strong knowledge and usage of educational technology tools in the classroom.
  • •Minimum 3 years teaching experience in K-12 environment (cycle 2-3).
  • •Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, curriculum standards, and assessments.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
