Job Summary

Drive day-to-day excellence in retail store operations by managing inventory accuracy, sell-through monitoring, and visual change-outs. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
•Plan visual change-outs and address updates daily to optimize sell-through.
•Oversee talent operations including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance, and manage scheduling for optimum coverage.
•Ensure effective in-store training and implement development plans for team leads.
•Lead recruitment, onboarding, stock counts, and back-of-house strategies, including preparation and investigation of inventory discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 41,000 - 52,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant retail work experience, with sports industry experience a plus.
•Proven project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
