Job Summary

Support the sales team by delivering deep technical expertise on F5 Distributed Cloud, translating customer business needs into effective solution designs. Serve as a trusted adviser who learns technical and business challenges, drives technical validation with decision makers, and presents value through demonstrations and proofs of concept. Partner with the Specialist Sales Account Manager and internal experts to drive opportunities toward allocated sales targets while providing world-class customer service throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning of F5 Distributed Cloud to align with customer business objectives.
•Deliver technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept via in-person and virtual formats.
•Assess opportunity viability and map organizational structure to drive engagement.
•Partner with the Account Manager to drive the sales process by identifying technical decision makers and securing technical validation and sponsorship.
•Provide world-class customer service across the customer lifecycle while collaborating with internal technical and sales resources.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related industry experience.
•BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
•Experience designing secure cloud architectures in AWS, Azure, GCP, or other public clouds.
•CI/CD experience with automated build and test pipelines using GitOps and Jenkins.
•Experience with cloud instrumentation and configuration/deployment tools such as GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
