Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors + 15 years, or Masters + 10 years, or PhD + 7 years of related experience.
  • •Experience designing, simulating, and measuring high-speed ICs across at least three areas including SerDes/serial links, output drivers, PLLs, clock distribution, Opamps/PGAs, or equalization.
  • •Direct experience leading a team working on high-performance circuits.
  • •Experience with high-frequency layout, including floorplanning and passives (inductors, transformers, transmission lines).
  • •Experience in laboratory validation, including ESD practices and constructing test setups.
