Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver high- and low-production Teamsport campaigns in collaboration with creative leadership, project managers, producers, content creators, and business/channel teams.
  • •Support pre-production, production, and post-production tasks for assigned campaigns and guide projects from concept ideation to final delivery.
  • •Create high-quality outputs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma across layout, typography, color, print, digital, and video.
  • •Plan and execute photoshoots and other productions with internal producers; brief external partners as needed.
  • •Manage creative work within project budgets and support post-production asset selection/retouching, while ensuring on-brand quality and cross-channel consistency.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in print/film/digital/retail/brand design.
  • •Strong ability to see projects through all phases of implementation, including concept ideation and design development.
  • •Thorough understanding of creative process, color theory, typography, interactive/digital design, and video storytelling.
  • •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion/3D experience is a plus.
