Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct organizational and change readiness assessments, identify stakeholder needs and adoption barriers, and define success metrics and phased adoption roadmaps.
  • •Design and deliver structured change management programs (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), including stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, communications, and resistance management.
  • •Create and deliver role-based training and enablement initiatives, including Microsoft Viva Learning content and establishing Champions networks.
  • •Monitor adoption and usage using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights; produce executive adoption reports and value realization frameworks.
  • •Partner with technical consultants to translate adoption insights into improvements across Microsoft 365 solutions and deliver executive briefings and adoption workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering technology adoption, organizational change management, or Microsoft 365 transformation programs, including Microsoft 365 and ideally Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, and user enablement programs.
  • •Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
  • •Practical experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
  • •Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, executive sponsorship, communications, and role-based training using frameworks and learning platforms (including Viva Learning).
