Job Summary

Plan, design, and deliver end-to-end adoption and change management programs to maximize the value of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments. Drive organizational readiness, user adoption, training, communications, and value realization for enterprise and public sector clients. Use adoption analytics from Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights to produce executive dashboards and continuous improvement recommendations, partnering with technical teams to enhance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct organizational and change readiness assessments, identify stakeholder needs and adoption barriers, and define success metrics and phased adoption roadmaps.
•Design and deliver structured change management programs (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), including stakeholder engagement, executive sponsorship, communications, and resistance management.
•Create and deliver role-based training and enablement initiatives, including Microsoft Viva Learning content and establishing Champions networks.
•Monitor adoption and usage using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Copilot analytics, and Viva Insights; produce executive adoption reports and value realization frameworks.
•Partner with technical consultants to translate adoption insights into improvements across Microsoft 365 solutions and deliver executive briefings and adoption workshops.

Key Requirements

•5+ years delivering technology adoption, organizational change management, or Microsoft 365 transformation programs, including Microsoft 365 and ideally Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
•Hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, and user enablement programs.
•Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.
•Practical experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks.
•Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans, executive sponsorship, communications, and role-based training using frameworks and learning platforms (including Viva Learning).
