Key Responsibilities

•Lead broking activities for Aon UK clients in the Healthcare market, including negotiation and recommendations aligned to client requirements.
•Promote Aon’s broking proposition to existing and prospective health clients, understand client requirements, and provide market insight.
•Deliver data-driven analytics and ensure market review reports are completed within allocated timescales with recommendations meeting client objectives.
•Negotiate, recommend, and support placement for Private Medical Insurance & Dental market reviews.
•Build and maintain relationships with key carrier stakeholders and support or lead ad hoc projects as they arise.

Key Requirements

•Healthcare market experience, specifically in corporate/claims rated PMI & Trust area, with strong technical PMI knowledge.
•A healthcare qualification (as stated in the posting).
•Strong broking skills to recognize client needs, articulate problems, and assemble internal resources to achieve outcomes.
•Client-facing experience communicating effectively at a senior level.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent requests.
