Key Responsibilities

•Deliver digital messaging propositions across legacy and new digital platforms, including eDM, SMS, MMS, and push notifications.
•Own end-to-end delivery from initial scoping with business units through development lifecycle, post implementation support, and measurement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams spanning business, analytics, and data to support analysis, optimization, technology, and testing.
•Ensure flawless execution of digital value-added messaging and provide operational insight for design, manufacture, and deployment.
•Perform hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking, and identify/share business insights from analytics work.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 2 years’ retail banking experience in information and data management.
•Strong self-motivation, organization, multi-tasking, problem solving, and influencing skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively with business, operations, and technology teams.
•Solid understanding of digital messaging technology (e.g., SFMC, AEM).
