Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior engineers to find where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build the fix.
•Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
•Ship work expected to reach real users, including internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your default way of working.
•Share what you build by presenting weekly lightning-talk demos using AI to solve real problems.

•Build things because you want to, and demonstrate real passion through side projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or shipped work.
•Show real AI fluency by having used agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build something and verify it works.
