Job Summary

Lead client engagements as a trusted advisor across digital strategy, experience, and AI adoption. Facilitate discovery and co-creation workshops, translate ambiguity into roadmaps and executive-ready narratives, and design human-centred change strategies focused on adoption and behavior shift. Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions land and measure impact via usage and outcomes. Mentor consultants and support practice growth and proposal shaping.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements as a day-to-day trusted advisor and confidently engage C-suite stakeholders.
•Design and facilitate high-impact discovery, visioning, prioritisation, and co-creation workshops.
•Apply design thinking and human-centred design to reimagine digital products, services, and operating models.
•Shape change strategies (stakeholder mapping, communications, enablement) and design adoption approaches that shift behavior.
•Lead and mentor consultants/analysts/designers, set quality standards for outputs, and support sales activities with workshops and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in consulting, digital strategy, design thinking/experience design, or digital transformation.
•Experience in a management consulting firm.
•Experience managing client change management, ideally including AI/Gen AI/Copilot project experience.
•Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and leading workshops or client conversations, including working with small teams.
