Operations Processor

Process high-volume cash application transactions within Cash Applications, applying payments accurately across checks, lockbox, ACH credits, and wires. Monitor an email inbox to prepare application instructions, resolve exception batches, research discrepancies, and complete ACH authorization setup in InfoLease. Perform morning and end-of-day balancing, escalate complex items, support testing or process changes, and contribute to workflow and process improvements while meeting service level expectations.
