Job Summary

Conduct ongoing assessments of operational processes to enhance and streamline AmeriHome’s workflows. Partner across departments to coordinate training needs, release impacts, vendor management, reporting, and user acceptance testing. Map end-to-end processes, perform gap analysis, and improve user experience in Encompass by implementing fixes and evaluating automation opportunities. Identify and communicate risks and regulatory-related insights for management.

•Conduct detailed, ongoing assessments of current operation processes for AmeriHome.
•Work with multiple departments to enhance and streamline operations and maintain consistent communication with teams and managers.
•Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and improve ILQA and QC quality.
•Coordinate gap analysis between operations and training; coordinate application release impacts and assist with job aids.
•Manage vendors, address reporting needs, and lead user acceptance testing on different applications, while identifying operational risks and presenting insights for management meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,450 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related experience in process analysis, process ownership, or a similar field.

•Entry-level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations.
•Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Excel VBA, plus mortgage software (Encompass).
