Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, design, and implement technical solutions enabling team, track, and business short-term goals.
  • •Support project and interrupt work and handle on-call and team support requests across all SRE areas.
  • •Collaborate with peers in the SRE track and other engineers across the organization.
  • •Ensure services consistently meet and exceed Business Service Level Agreements and team SLOs.
  • •Partner with teams to bring better practices and continually improve and evolve systems for reliable product delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in an SRE or DevOps environment with cross-team collaboration.
  • •Blend of experience in Platform and Cloud Engineering (virtual and physical hardware, ideally blended [I|P|S]aaS) plus site reliability.
  • •Ability to build reliable, scalable systems and processes.
  • •Product mindset with a focus on customer experience.
  • •Experience working with trade-offs and iterating toward implementable solutions.
