Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate LVC systems so commanders and staff can train against realistic scenarios and ensure Army and Joint simulations exchange information.
  • •Configure, test, troubleshoot, and document Linux-based simulation systems, including applying updates, patches, and adjusting configurations to resolve issues.
  • •Ensure JLVC network administration, including training events support and user account management for player/controller training and exercise execution.
  • •Execute DIACAP/RMF security and risk management activities to support accreditation and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • •Provide rapid technical support during high-visibility training exercises and support special projects as required.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience, preferably military experience at the tactical to operational level.
  • •Experience configuring, maintaining, operating, and integrating JLVC federate systems.
  • •Knowledge of HLA/RTI and DIS protocols for simulation networking and interoperability.
  • •Practical experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments, including gateway services and simulation connectivity.
  • •CompTIA Security+ (preferred) and ability to obtain Secret clearance/interim Secret requirements.
