Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit legacy regional reports and build advanced automated Excel models using Power Query, advanced array formulas, and VBA/macros to eliminate manual input and analysis.
  • •Design, deploy, and enforce uniform financial reporting frameworks and templates across SEA country finance teams for data consistency.
  • •Oversee daily cash management operations, cash positioning, and regional liquidity pools across SEA business units, including rolling cash forecasts.
  • •Manage regional loan and debt administration, interest payments, covenant compliance monitoring, and support dividend declarations and cross-border repatriations.
  • •Aggregate, reconcile, and analyze monthly submissions into unified SEA reports and remain on standby during month-end closing windows to support deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex nested formulas, data modeling, Power Query, and automated error-proof spreadsheets.
  • •10+ years of progressive corporate finance or financial analysis experience, with a track record of improving reporting processes.
  • •Exceptional ability to independently research, test, and implement solutions for complex technical spreadsheet and data problems.
  • •Treasury/cash management experience is helpful, and a strong logical mindset with interest in mastering treasury functions under mentorship is valued.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.
