Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, and develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver solutions aligned to desired benefits and outcomes.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations reports across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites and virtually, tailoring methodologies, processes, tools, and systems to context.
  • •Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate, and lead business generation activities such as bids and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years’ experience in Project Controls, with relevant experience as described in the role.
  • •Experience working on major capital projects/programmes across PMO/controls & performance functions such as schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Ability to write and present reports in complex stakeholder environments, engaging as required with C-suite/executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack or Microsoft Teams, plus controls & performance software like Oracle Primavera, PRISM, and Power BI (or similar).
