Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the tactical buying process within defined thresholds.
  • •Analyze mid-value tactical buys and facilitate execution of high-value tactical buys with responsible category managers.
  • •Conduct sourcing projects (negotiation and supplier selection) and support supplier responses on commercial/system questions.
  • •Execute eSourcing events in Ariba and follow up technical evaluations to ensure tendering timeliness.
  • •Determine PO terms and conditions, initiate order signature processes based on country requirements, and follow distribution to suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, finance, procurement, or legal, or comparable education.
  • •At least 3 years of general business experience, preferably in procurement for low to mid-level spend, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of sourcing execution strategies, contract management, and procure-to-pay processes.
  • •Experience in one or more categories such as IT/professional services/marketing/facility management/transport logistics and warehousing.
  • •Good analytical and problem-solving ability with strong communication to independently interact with stakeholders.
