Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, including device management configuration, application allowlisting, patching, and browser policy.
  • •Extend device-trust and zero-trust access so company systems are reachable from managed devices bound to the right person with the right access level.
  • •Build automation and integrations for joiner/mover/leaver workflows, exception/expiry workflows, posture-driven policy, and review-queue triage.
  • •Lead SaaS and identity governance, including third-party OAuth grants, delegated admin access, chat-platform apps, browser extensions, and software security reviews.
  • •Partner across Security, IT, and Engineering on telemetry, detections, and shared standards for secure, scalable operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on endpoint security engineering across macOS, Windows, Linux, or ChromeOS (e.g., MDM/declarative device management, application allowlisting/binary authorization, system extensions, or equivalent frameworks).
  • •Proficiency in Python and scripting to architect and build integrations, automation, internal tooling, and detections when needed.
  • •Depth in identity and access management, SaaS security, and zero-trust access.
  • •Strong threat-modeling judgment to identify high-value problems, scope work, define “done,” and drive to completion.
