Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the client/owner for Hirslanden Group investment projects in the Central Switzerland supply region.
  • •Act as the main contact for external planning teams and support procurement processes for real-estate projects.
  • •Manage projects on the owner’s side and ensure delivery of quality, cost, and schedule targets, including approval of phase documentation.
  • •Develop real-estate strategy at region and object level and lead user groups in defining user needs and operating concepts.
  • •Manage and maintain the real-estate refurbishment plan using a 10-year perspective.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed education as an architect or civil engineer (ETH/FH) or a recognized qualification in construction (dipl. Bautechniker FH/HF, Bauleiter).
  • •Several years of experience in project management and representing clients toward authorities.
  • •Mandatory experience with complex construction projects, e.g., in healthcare, hospitality, or emergency services.
  • •Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style with strong persistence and ability to persuade.
  • •Professional, well-groomed appearance with strong relationship and communication skills.
