Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the yearly event calendar (~55 events), adjusting the plan quarter to quarter as priorities and opportunities shift.
  • •Run event execution and logistics end to end, including vendor/event liaison, booth build, collateral, registration, shipping coordination, VAT, and swag.
  • •Manage the event administrative backbone: agreements/contracts, invoicing, and out-of-pocket expense setup and reconciliation in Ramp.
  • •Serve as the primary coordination point between sales and the event team, including Slack channel setup, approval-chain coordination, and onsite team alignment.
  • •Partner with data/ops for pre-event lead list submission and post-event lead routing, and collect/track post-event qualitative feedback and ROI inputs.
