•Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client enquiries via telephone, email, and the company website.
•Provide detailed information about interior and exterior painting services for commercial and residential properties.
•Schedule initial consultations, project estimates, and work dates while managing the company calendar.
•Coordinate with painting crews to align schedules and ensure project information is provided.
•Communicate proactively with clients throughout the project lifecycle, resolving concerns and maintaining accurate client records in internal systems.
