Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare all styles of tea and coffee according to departmental and resort standards.
  • •Provide suggestions on tea and coffee varietals based on guest preferences and propose new menu items.
  • •Upkeep of the coffee machine and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • •Maintain consistent, friendly service standards and follow all drink recipes and procedures.
  • •Receive guest payments and conduct monthly inventories to keep costs aligned with budget.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate (would be advantageous).
  • •Previous experience in a similar role or in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a 5* luxury hotel environment.
  • •Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • •Ability to provide clear, legible communication.
  • •Follow procedures and training standards for coffee service and drink preparation.
