Key Responsibilities

•Interact with fans and provide continual customer assistance throughout the venue as a brand ambassador.
•Entertain fans with surprises, giveaways, contests, and other experiences.
•Assist with promotional sponsor and venue activations before the show and during intermissions.
•Set up, staff, and break down onsite sponsorship elements (e.g., tents and games).
•Support venue sustainability efforts and help close the venue with fellow team members, including recycling and storing equipment.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 16 years of age.
•Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Demonstrate good judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Be able to work in a physically demanding role (constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs., occasional sitting).
