  • •12+ years of relevant estimating and construction project cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Prior people management experience and a proven track record delivering cost management services for clients.
  • •Exceptional business development acumen, presentation/communication skills, and major construction sector experience (commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources).
