Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations across grain, agronomy, feed, and animal health while providing work direction to ensure safe, efficient, reliable customer service.
•Schedule production to meet plant requirements, accounting for sequencing, clean-out procedures, products ordered, and current inventories.
•Manage operational and retail inventories, monitor levels, coordinate transfers, and place product orders to support business needs.
•Lead and support team members by assigning tasks, holding meetings, tracking safety requirements, and ensuring training and adherence to safety policies and regulations.
•Supervise plant maintenance to ensure proper operation, repairs, and preventive maintenance; maintain recordkeeping logs and continuously improve safety and equipment programs.

Key Requirements
