Job Summary

Develop and release new product BOMs and Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies. Partner with senior NPMEs on 3D solid model virtual analysis (Master Layout and Digital Mock Up), participate in design reviews, and provide feedback across DFA/DFT/ITO and operational efficiency. Execute engineering change control (ECOs, NSRs, CCB, NSRs, SPSs, ESWs), lead managed build processes, and provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•With management supervision, develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for moderately complex assemblies and product structure, working with senior NPMEs on manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies.
•Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies.
•Partner with senior NPMEs in 3D solid model virtual analysis (Master Layout and Digital Mock Up), and participate in design reviews providing DFA, DFAe, DFTp, ITO, and efficiency improvement feedback.
•Partner with senior NPMEs to log change requests and execute change control processes including NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, and ESWs.
•Lead the Managed Build process and provide technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing resources, including suppliers.

•Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies.
•Work with senior NPMEs on 3D solid model virtual analysis (including Master Layout and Digital Mock Up) and contribute to design reviews.
•Execute change control processes including Non Standard Requests (NSRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Change Control Board (CCB), Supplier Problem Sheets (SPSs), and Engineering Specification Waivers (ESWs).
•Ability to work in manufacturing environments, including potential clean room PPE use and physical tasks such as standing, walking, working in tight spaces, and using hand and power tools.
