Key Responsibilities

•Provide client advisory and servicing for power & renewable energy clients, managing risk management questions and general insurance issues
•Manage client relationships and set service scope and expectations to meet client needs
•Coordinate multinational servicing by collaborating with overseas Aon offices to design and optimize global insurance programs
•Define service scope and fee structures according to guidelines and tools to ensure value delivery
•Drive organic growth within existing client portfolio, participate in cross-department projects, and mentor junior colleagues on client servicing and technical matters

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 of which in the Singapore insurance industry
•Experience in Power & Renewable Insurance would be advantageous
•General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageous
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Independent, proactive, efficient; able to multi-task; strong communication and interpersonal skills
