Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant with local standards.
  • •Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within NetSuite.
  • •Assist in the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures.
  • •Perform detailed bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
  • •Prepare mandatory tax filings (VAT, VIES, SAF-T etc.) and ensure compliance with Romanian fiscal regulations.
