Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a real-estate or technical degree such as civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a similar field.
  • •At least 3–5 years of professional experience in project management or project controls for complex infrastructure projects, including at least 2 years in cost management or cost controlling.
  • •Routinely proficient with MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Ability to tackle analytically complex tasks and deliver optimal solutions through analytical and creative thinking.
  • •Experience as a competent point of contact and advisor fostering constructive collaboration with client internal departments and planning teams.
