Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and project members to solve complex technical challenges and build relationships with senior client technical teams.
•Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and other user-facing teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue for Professional Services.
•Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation.
•Explain technical concepts and how Stripe works, including from a product feature and API architecture perspective.
•Be the primary ongoing technical point of contact for large users’ and partners’ technical teams and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•At least 8+ years experience in architecture (application, technical, systems, integration), technical consulting, process re-engineering, or application delivery/technical engineering.
•Comfortable with code-level debugging (Stripe code and user code).
•Able to explain how Stripe works from both a product feature and API architecture perspective.
•Experience with enterprise-level systems including middleware and integrating with third-party APIs, plus skills in systems flows and data/business object modeling.
•Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English; strong verbal and written communication with presentation skills.
