You’ll carry out maintenance and troubleshooting, evaluate wiring diagrams and measurement protocols against standards, and take responsibility for protective measures like grounding and potential equalization. Work with a digital ticket system to prioritize tasks, create installation and distribution plans, and analyze metrics to continuously improve processes. Support and onboard less experienced team members and be ready for shift work.
